
Tamás Rátkai
I have 20 years of L&D and OD experience. I started my career at multinational companies as a manager and then continued in the field of learning and development. I have worked in FMCG, commerce, financial and industrial sectors. I gained professional experience as an internal L&D/OD manager, trainer and external consultant. As an HR specialist, I managed numerous HR projects from concept creation to implementation phase. I like to make people grow with training, individual and group coaching at both the employee and managerial levels. I believe in human values in addition to business interests, we strive for any kind of success at the individual or team level.
I have a degree in economics, HR management and teaching. I participated company academic leadership curriculum in the beginning of my career, and then as a L&D specialist I completed numerous trainer and coach training programs and web university courses. I am currently in training to become a couple and family therapist.
