Change Simulation: online & face-to-face
During the last weeks we conducted several Change Simulations both in 1-day online and 2-day face-to-face format.
The 2-day version gives more space for experiencing how to handle complex change scenario and to discuss how the conclusions of the simulation can be utilised in a given company change project.
The 1-day version is much more focused therefore a few days after the 1-day simulation we provided a half day transfer workshop where we asked the participants to analyse a specific company change situation and to develop a change management plan to handle it.
Both versions worked very well. I would recommend the 2-day version for a talent or leadership program and the 1-day version with a half day transfer workshop for senior managers facing a complex change initiative.
The change simulation is one of our favoruite program because it is engaging the participants very intensively and they became equiped with lots of practical change management tools and knowledge.
