The basic assumption of solution-focused coaching is that for each coachee specific individualized solutions for problems work best and that any person is competent to solve his or her own problems.
The ACTION LEARNING is a special type of team coaching where the team members are learning from each other by working together on real problems and reflecting on the process.
Process Communication Model helps the client to communicate more effectively with others by understanding:
perception filters, existential questions, strenghts, drivers, stress reactions of each personality type.
