I have 30 years of consulting, 28 years of trainer and 13 years of coaching experience, I have given more than 1,200 hours of individual coaching and more than 300 hours of team coaching. I have been working as a trainer and consultant since 1987. My primary focus is strategic planning, organisational development and change management. Other main focus is leadership development either via training or coaching and Assessment Center/Development Center. As a trainer, I primarily run leadership programs. As a coach, I mainly use a solution-oriented approach.

I have been working as a consultant for almost 20 years, since 2004 I have been holding skills development and personality development trainings. In recent years, I have been mostly involved in leadership and managerial development, supporting change management and competency development processes. So far, I have held more than 2,000 hours of leadership and expert coaching, team coaching. My latest interests is Simulations, PCM, Mental Endurance and Design Thinking.

I have 20 years of L&D and OD experience. I started my career at multinational companies as a manager and then continued in the field of learning and development. I have worked in FMCG, commerce, financial and industrial sectors. I gained professional experience as an internal L&D/OD manager, trainer and external consultant. As an HR specialist, I managed numerous HR projects from concept creation to implementation phase. I like to make people grow with training, individual and group coaching at both the employee and managerial levels. I believe in human values in addition to business interests, we strive for any kind of success at the individual or team level.
