Where I came from is perhaps less important than what I am heading towards. As an economist, I learned to think in systems, strategies, to provide and maintain frameworks. Then my work as a leader, and later as a trainer and coach, helped me discover a more intuitive, flexible side to managing people, a kind of retaining force within me that is strong, yet flexible, not rigid. I strive for clarity, to see things and people as they are.
