Change Simulation online
Our favorite simulation is proved again now in an online format. It was a 2-day program with 5 groups. The simulation was managed from Budapest. The group was located in Germany and supported by a German trainer on site.
The participants were managers who were preparing themselves for introducing major changes. The next steps in the process: common analysis of the current situation and creating a shared vision.
