Where I came from is perhaps less important than what I am heading towards. As an economist, I learned to think in systems, strategies, to provide and maintain frameworks. Then my work as a leader, and later as a trainer and coach, helped me discover a more intuitive, flexible side to managing people, a kind of retaining force within me that is strong, yet flexible, not rigid. I have spent more than 10 years on the management side and have been strengthening the consulting side for 8 years. In fact, I always wanted to be better and better, it drives me in my work as a consultant, trainer, coach. I try to be present with maximum attention and find a balance of determination and softness in all situations. The balance that takes you as far as possible in achieving your goals.
