I have been working as a consultant for almost 20 years, since 2004 I have been holding skills development and personality development trainings. In recent years, I have been mostly involved in leadership and managerial development, supporting change management and competency development processes. So far, I have held more than 2,000 hours of leadership and expert coaching, team coaching. My latest interests is Simulations, PCM, Mental Toughness and Design Thinking.
I was graduated at the University of Szeged as an economist in 2001, and later at the University of Debrecen as a psychologist and English Translator in 2002. During my university terms I acquired some methods and models of test and questionnaire development and satisfaction survey.
I handled the task of developing several competency models. I have almost 15 years of experience in conducting development centers (DC), test improvement and other recruiting methods. I have been working as a consultant and trainer for almost 20 years. My primary focuses in training programs are talent management, change management, and long-term leadership soft kills development. I have been working as a coach for several years.
I took part in Euro-Contact Business School course in 2007. I graduated as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from ICF (International Coach Federation) in 2014. My specialities in coaching: appreciative inquiry, brief coaching, solution focused coaching, team coaching and face to face coaching. In 2017, I obtained PCM coach accreditation. In 2018, I attended the Desing Thinking trainer training in Amsterdam.
