I have 34 years of consulting, 30 years of trainer and 16 years of coaching experience, I have given more than 1,200 hours of individual coaching and more than 300 hours of team coaching. I have been working as a trainer and consultant since 1987. My primary focus is strategic planning, organisational development and change management. Other main focus is leadership development either via training or coaching and Assessment Center/Development Center. As a trainer, I primarily run leadership programs. As a coach, I mainly use a solution-oriented approach.
I was graduated as a mechanical engineer at the Technical University of Budapest in 1987. I received my MBA from the The Open University Open Business School in 1995. I received my PCC (Professional Certified Coach) qualification from ICF (International Coach Federation) in 2013. I have been an accredited PCM trainer since October 2017.
