I have been running skills development and personality development trainings since the early 1990s. After a university career in Szeged, I switched to organizational development and consulting. I work in human development programs, as a leadership developer, and as an individual and group coach.
QUALIFICATION
I have a psychologist and doctor qualification. I worked as an assistant professor at the University of Szeged, and also taught psychology, change management and family therapy. Leaving the university in 2002, I turned more intensively to leadership development. I work in organizational and leadership development processes as a consultant, coach and trainer.
MY FIELDS OF EXPERTISE
Most often, I work as a trainer in complex corporate leadership development programs, as a consultant in managing conflicts within an organization, in developing cooperation, leading strategic workshops, and as an individual and group coach. One day a week I continue to work as a child psychiatrist in the Mental Hygiene Department of Heim Pál Hospital.

Other qualifications: Open University Open Business School - degree in management, PriceWaterhouseCoopers - accredited change management consultant, graduate supervisor, accredited Human Synergistics consultant. I am an accredited trainer at Development Dimensions international and the Center for Leadership Studies.
