THE SURVEY:

was organised by James Priest (Sociocracy 3.0),

used the network analysis tool of CX-Ray,

was delivered by Imre Környei (iCons-Hungary),

was executed in the following 4 countries: Bulgaria, France, Spain and Switzerland,

identified the competitive advantages of the companies applying Sociocracy 3.0 patterns against the benchmark of the traditional companies.

  • The leaders are having good leadership potential and perceived as being good mentors
  • Several members are having good leadership potential which can be a good base for distributed leadership
  • Each unit has some highly motivated members
  • There is a high level of openness to collaboration
  • Despite the negative effects of Covid each tribe has a well-connected core and there is a significant know-how sharing within the unit
  • No one seems to be at risk of burnout based only on workload burden
